Refunds & Returns
Note : We do not offer money back for any products purchased on our website handloomdenim.com in any case. If for some reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can exchange the product.
In case you have received a defective product, please notify us via email at info@sh010.global.temp.domains. Product defects must be notified within 3 days from the date of receipt of product. Products must be returned in original condition.
We will happily accept returns of items that do not fit correctly and exchange them for the correct size if we are notified of the problem within 3 days of order delivery.
In case of exchange, customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the below address:

Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges to be processed after receipt of product by us.
We are unable to exchange used, laundered or customer damaged goods and the return and exchange of goods are governed by the Exchange Terms & Conditions.
The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it’s within India. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply.
EXCHANGE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- Items should not be used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage will not be accepted for return / exchange
- Once your returned item has been received, you will be notified by email
- If the returned product satisfies our Quality check we will credit amount to your account / exchange or replace products (subject to availability) if a wrong product or wrong size has been shipped.
- Refunds on sale items, discounted products and items purchased with discount coupons/gift card will not be processed.
Cancellations
Orders placed on our website can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@sh010.global.temp.domains within 12 hours providing the ORDER ID and requesting cancellation. We will get back with the necessary steps to be fullfilled.
