Hand-woven, eco-friendly, Selvedge Denim, 40 inches (approx. 1 meter) width, woven by master crafts-person on traditional wooden frame hand operated looms, without using electricity.
It has very high breathability, is friendly for the human skin, and very comfortable for the wearer, in all weathers.
- Composition :Â The fabric is made out of mill spun 100% cotton, 20s single ply yarn in both warp and weft
- Look & Feel : Luxurious and rich look, unmatched texture, and very soft hand feel
- Color : The warp yarns (running along the length of fabric) in colored fabric are dyed, and un-dyed in off-white fabric, while the weft yarns (along the width of the fabric) are un-dyed in off-white as well as colored fabric
- Dyes : For colored fabrics, we use only vegetable dyes or azo-free reactive dyes. We do not use any harsh chemical based dyes in any of our products.
- Fabric Weight :Â This a medium weight fabric, weighing approximately 180 grams per square meter (6 oz per square yard)
- Fabric Width : Approx. 1 meter, including the selvedge on both sides
- Piece Length : Minimum length of the piece is 1 meter, and you can buy it in multiples of 1 meter
- Applications : Highly versatile. Can be used for making shirts, kurtas, free-flowing dresses, jackets, jeans, joggers, bags, cushion covers, and much more
- Wash Care : Wash in cold water with mild detergent, dry on clothesline in shade

The fabric is made out of mill spun 100% cotton, 20s yarn in warp and 20s yarn in weft. Color The warp yarns (running along the length of fabric) are dyed with reactive azo free dyes and weft yarns (along the width of the fabric), are un-dyed.

The handloom denim fabric is made from mill-spun yarn, on manually operated handlooms. The entire preparatory process of making the fabric as well as the weaving is carried out without using electricity and without burning any kind of fuel. The handloom denim fabric comes with a neat and clean selvedge, since it is woven on manually operated wooden shuttle looms and is very comfortable to wear.
The high breathability of the fabric makes the wearer feel cool in summers, and warm in winters.
